REGISTRATION PROCESS
If you want to participate without presenting and publishing paper:

Go to ‘Register Online’

Select ‘Sit in Participant’

Fill in the form. Make sure you spell your name and email correctly.

By this stage, your new username and password will have been sent to your email
-
Confirm your registration by clicking on the link sent to your email. If you cannot find our email, check the spam folder
-
The next time you log in to our website, use the username and password in that email
-
Transfer the fee (Rp. 150.000)

Upload proof of payment by logging into our website

Confirm that you have paid to the contact person
If you want to participate, present, and publish your paper:
- Go to ‘Register Online’
- Select ‘Presenter’
- Fill in the form. Make sure you spell your name and email correctly.
- By this stage, your new username and password will have been sent to your email
- Confirm your registration by clicking on the link sent to your email. If you cannot find our email, check the spam folder
- Transfer the fee:
- Rp. 150.000 (participation fee)
- Rp. 1.950.000 (times the number of papers you want to present and publish)
- Log in to our website using the username and password in that email
- Upload your full paper
- Upload proof of payment
- Confirm that you have paid to the contact person

CANCELLATION

Cancellations must be made by sending email to the committee email no later than 15 September 2020 and cannot be made via phone call or text message. Make sure that the committee has approved of your cancellation.

Cancellations will incur an administrative charge of 25% of the registration fee.

After 15 September 2020 there will be no refunds.

If you select the wrong registration rate or have a duplicate registration any changes will incur the same terms and conditions as a cancellation to get a refund for the difference.

Refunds will not be given for no-shows at the conference.

If the committee has decided to reject your paper, your money will be fully refunded.
